Slope Intercept Worksheet

I know.

Worksheets suck. They don't teach our kids anything.

But I liked this one, and my kids did too. In fact, they liked the graphing more than they liked the punchline.

I'm never going to be hip.

Eh. Worksheets have their place. I think it depends on how they are used and the activities/discussions that surround their use.

    I know they do.

I suppose that I should keep my humor a little bit wetter if I want to continue to avoid using emoticons.

This worksheet, in particular, happened to be one that the kids were pretty happy about. I make up others that never see the light of day here because I consider them rather pedestrian, and who needs more of that? This one, I'm actually rather proud of.

Nah, I got your humor on that one. :)

    Sorry, I couldn't resist.

Thanks! I just used this for the first time, and it worked really well. I wrote about it on my blog.
