I am an idiot.

I'd been so worried about getting my kids ready for two consecutive sub days, split by a long weekend, that I'd completely forgotten about Valentines Day.

Or, rather, I'd forgotten about the implications.

Fortunately, I'm not so much of an idiot that I didn't figure it out on the way into work, and radically rework my lesson plan.

I think it'll be okay.

RIght now, though, I have a table full of flowers and balloons that I'm holding for some kids until the end of school, and a pocket full of candy that I "confiscated" as part of the classroom tax.

I've got 4 periods to go.

I might run out of space.
